This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021 and enroll the petitioner's father late Mr.G.Kasiviswanathan S/o.Gopal in the records of Government of India as a Freedom Fighter including the Swantantrata Sainik Samman Yojana (SSSY) so as to recognise the petitioner's father sacrifices towards the liberation of motherland and thereby, grant the pension amounts due to the petitioner's father from 1979 when he made his first application to the Government of India.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the second 2/4

respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been dealt with by the first respondent and it has been rejected through proceedings dated 21.01.2022. The copy of the same was also produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 21.01.2022, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
