This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14321 of 2023 on 04.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and charge sheet filed and not taken on file.
