Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESWARAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRL. SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners are taking treatment they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.5573 of 2021 dated 17.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5573 of 2021 is extended further
