To call for the records relating to Judgement passed by the Learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagercoil in SC No.115/2009 dt.5/3/2012 and the confirming Judgement of conviction and sentence passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Court (Fast Track Court), Kanyakumari at Nagercoil dated 05.04.2023 in C.A.No.27 of 2012, and set aside the same. 1/3

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DILIP KUMAR N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7424 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.513 of 2023, dated 15.05.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
