This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to survey and fix four boundaries in the petitioner's subject property based on the representation of the petitioner on 29.07.2021

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 produced the written instructions received from the Tahsildar and it is seen that the survey was conducted and the patta has already been issued in Patta Nos.5629 and 5828. The copy of the patta was also placed before this Court.

3. Recording the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
