ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner's counsel asserts that remittances were made by the petitioner in favour of Royal Fin Corporation from her bank account at Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District. If remittances had been made from Paramakudi, certainly the jurisdictional EOW will https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.22369 of 2021 take action in the matter as per law. Merely because the financial establishment is situated at Pondicherry, the petitioner cannot be instructed to go to Pondicherry. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh complaint before the first respondent setting out all the particulars. If the first respondent is satisfied that remittances have been made from the bank account of the petitioner from Paramakudi, the first respondent shall direct the concerned EOW to take action as per law.
