O R D E R

The first respondent has passed proceedings dated 27.09.2023 rejecting the proposal of the management. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the first respondent has reiterated the very same reasons contained in the order dated 29.07.2022 which was set aside by this Court.

2.Be that as it may, when a direction for passing an appropriate order alone was issued by me, it may not be proper for me to go into the merits in contempt jurisdiction. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 27.09.2023.

3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
