Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in O.Mu.No.556/A5/2015 dated 12.06.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to approve the petitioner's appointment for the post of night watchman vide order passed by the second respondent dated 08.01.2015 with all consequential benefits and continuation. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 12.06.2015 and consequently direct the first respondent to approve the petitioner's appointment for the post of night watchman vide order passed by the second respondent dated 08.01.2015 with all consequential benefits and continuation.

When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent circulated a proceedings dated 18.12.2017 passed by the District Educational Officer stating that the petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant in the available vacancy on 20.10.2016 and the same was approved from the date of appointment that is on 20.10.2016 and all the consequential benefits were also confirmed. Since the petitioner claim was considered and his appointment as Junior Assistant was approved, nothing survives for adjudication.
