RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition No.8 of the order imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD)No.13789/2021 dated 29.11.2021 in so far directing the Petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the above said Crime number and directing the 2nd petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.LENIN KUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Originally Crl.OP(MD)Nos.

14282 and 13789 of 2021 have been ordered by this Court on 22.12.2021. By that order, the petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Only) each to the credit of Cr.No.123 of 2021. The modification petition has been filed in Crl.MP(MD)No.11511 of 2021 on the ground that during the pendency of this petition, the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation has realized Rs.48 lakhs and also produced documents to that effect. On that ground alone this petition was considered by this Court. Again mistakenly very same condition was mentioned in Crl.MP(MD)No.11511 of 2021.

2. In view of the above, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P (MD).No.13789 of 2021 dated 29.11.2021 to deposit a sum of Rs.1 lakh each is modified and the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11511 of 2021 respondent police once in a month i.e on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

3. This petition is allowed and the time is extended for 15 days to furnish the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13789 of 2021 dated 29.11.2021.
