This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Nil dated 22.12.2021 and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction in respect of the lands of the 1st petitioner in S. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court, dated 11.04.2023 making recommendation to the Registering Authority to remove endorsement in the Register over the 3/5

pendency of the crime was addressed to the concerned authority to remove the above said endorsement. It is also acknowledged by the Sub Registrar vide, his letter dated 25.05.2023.
