Heard Mr.M.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.Ram Sundar Vijayraj, learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from registering any document relating to the property situated at Old Survey No.132/1, Natham Survey No.277 and 278/12 covered in Patta No.218, in Athikudi Village, Lalkudi Taluk in Tiruchirappalli District, if any presented by the respondents 2 and 3 or by their agents or by any other persons claiming through them, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2016. 2/4

3. The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition had become infructuous in view of the registration of the document in respect of the prayer property mentioned in Doc.No.5005/2022 on the file of the first respondent.

4. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
