[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience to the order and direction, dated 16.08.2018, in W.P. (MD) No.18053 of 2018.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits a communication has been sent to the petitioner on 21.11.2019 to re-present the papers in the proper format.

3. We direct the petitioner to comply with the same and on receipt of the application in the proper format and upon full compliance, the Authority concerned shall dispose of the same as per the directions issued by the Division Bench in the writ petition.
