This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate steps to remove the wrong entry of 'Temple Land Prohibited' made in e-services, Tamilnilam.com in respect of Patta No.31 as far as the petitioner's punja land in Survey No.72/3 measuring an extent of 4.80.0 Hectares and in Survey No.81/1 measuring an extent of 3.42.0 Hectares situated in Theivaseyalpuram Village, Srivaigundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2023.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2023, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy Page No. 2 of 4

of this order. Needless to state, before passing the order, the petitioner shall be heard. No costs.
