JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in conjunction with and in continuation of the previous orders specifically, those dated 11.07.2023 and 31.07.2023.

2. The daughter of the estranged couple ie., the appellant and the respondent before us, has been appointed by the Southern Railways on compassionate basis, in the vacancy that arose pursuant to voluntary retirement of the respondent before us.

3. Being satisfied with this, the appellant does not pursue this appeal any further and has made an endorsement to that effect, recording which, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed as not pressed.
