ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is encouraging the offence of theft by receiving the stolen articles. He further submits that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.Nos.204, 205 & 206 of 2025 and only by arresting this petitioner, the stolen articles can be recovered.
