O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice 1/3

to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner had entered into an inter-caste marriage. The petitioner's marriage was solemnized in the year 2016. The petitioner is now in the advanced stage of pregnancy. She alleges that her relatives by birth are threatening to endanger the safety of the fetus. The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner was already attacked and at her husband's instance, Crime No.356 of 2021 was registered. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, the private respondents were called upon and enquired and an undertaking has been obtained from them. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) firmly states on instructions that there is absolutely no danger at all to the petitioner or the child growing inside her. In any event, the third respondent is called upon to keep a watch on the situation. 4.With these observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
