This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned G.O.Ms.No.137, Higher Education (F1) Department, dated 15.07.2016 issued by the first respondent.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the G.O.Ms.No.137, Higher Education (F1) Department, dated 15.07.2016. Pending this writ petition, the respondents have withdrawn the said G.O.Ms.No.137, by issuing another Government Order namely, G.O.Ms.No.62 dated 10.04.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4
