ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property in Survey No.132/13 measuring about 0.0226 sq. meter and 0.5 cents respectively at Kalingapatti Village, Marungapuri Talulk, Trichy District based on his representation dated 21.10.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 21.10.2019, after issuing notice to the both parties and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
