PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for records relating to FIR in Crime No.288 of 2022 dated 28.08.2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police has conducted investigation in Crime No.288 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet through E-filing before the concerned Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous 2/4

petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
