O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This HCP has been filed by a father complaining that his two minor child, both boys aged 5 years and 1 1⁄2 years have been missing or under the custody of the third respondent/his mother-in-law.
2. It is to be noted that the mother of the two children/wife of the petitioner had unfortunately taken a drastic decision to commit suicide and died on 21.07.2025. The two young children have been brought before this Court along with the third respondent/their maternal grand mother. She stated that she is now taking care of the two children in her place and that she has the support of her son and other family members and that all of them would effectively take care of the two children. The
petitioner will have to work out his remedy before the appropriate Court under the appropriate provisions of law.
3. The scope of this petition is to ensure the safe of the two children. They are safe. Their custody have been handed over to the third respondent/their maternal grand mother. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
