O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2017.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the FMB Sketch of the property is not available immediately and as and when the same is received, appropriate orders will be passed on the representation dated 22.09.2017 of the petitioner for demarcation of the land in New Survey Nos.9/1B and 9/6A2 [Old Survey Nos.29/1B and 511/1A7] in Sekkalai Kottai Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Page No. 2 of 5

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by communication dated 10.04.2018 also the third respondent has informed the fifth respondent that the FMB Sketch was not available and suitable steps will be taken.

4. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, I direct the third respondent to consider the prayer of the petitioner for surveying the land in New Survey Nos.9/1B and 9/6A2 [Old Survey Nos.29/1B and 511/1A7] in Sekkalai Kottai Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.

6. Post the Writ Petition on 29.07.2024 under the caption ''for reporting compliance''.
