ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider petitioners representation dated 14.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.07.2023 requesting the respondents to grant permission for construct a new temple building in the Survey No.860/13 to an extent of 1 cent out of 5 cents situated in Gandhiji Street, A.Vallalapatti, Melur Taluk, Madurai District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 2/5

3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 4th respondent within a period of 4 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2023 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
