O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Night Watchman, working in the third respondent Institution, seeking a Mandamus directing the second respondent to disburse the salary and other service benefits for the period between April 2019 and 01.04.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner had retired from service on 01.04.2023 and the salary has not been paid from April 2019 onwards. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 herein submitted that the second respondent has already forwarded the revised estimate and budget estimate to the Finance Controlling Officer of School Education Department on 24.09.2024 and as and when funds are allotted, the salary and the service benefits of the writ petitioner would be released. 2/4

4. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to disburse the entire monetary benefits of the writ petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of fund allocation of the Finance Controlling Officer of School Education Department.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
