ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's house.
2. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents a mere representation has been sent and no formal application in the statutory form has been filed before the respondent authorities. Unless the necessary charges are paid, they would not be in a position to effect service connection. The writ petitioner is directed to approach the respondent authorities along with a proper application form and other relevant documents. On payment of necessary charges, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.
3. With the above said observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 20.10.2022 2/4
