Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Commissioner, Panchayat Union, Sivaganga District, the third respondent herein to appoint the petitioner to the post of driver in the third respondent Union as per the selection conducted on 18.02.2011 and 23.05.2011.
