[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 20.02.2023, made in W.A.(MD) No.145 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted a report, dated 30.10.2023, stating that the subject building is in a dilapidated condition and demolition of the building will affect the adjacent buildings also.

3. Since the respondent has filed a report in compliance of the interim order of this Court, dated 20.02.2023 made in W.A.(MD) No.145 of 2023, this contempt petition is closed.
