ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9717 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9717 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that another FIR was registered against this petitioner herein in Crime No.186 of 2025. Hence, this petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail petition before this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11779 of 2025, therefore, he was not able to arrange for sureties in time in the present case. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No9717 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
