Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the audit report passed in No.3011/A7/2014, dated 01.12.2014, in so far as clause 21 and consequential recovery proceedings dated 02.07.2018, quash the same and further direct the 1 to 4 respondents to re-fixing the pay scale of the petitioner in the cadre of Middle scale Headmistress from 01.04.1993 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.525 dated 29.12.1997 and disburse all other service & monetary benefits within stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 1/3
