This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No.159 of 2021 of Nainarkovil Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi, in P.R.C.No.1138 of 2022.
