ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life, limb and property and also give suitable protection for putting up fencing his agriculture land on the basis of CSR No.434 of 2019, dated 18.10.2019 and the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for official respondents submitted that there was a civil dispute between the parties.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15744 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner 14.10.2019, in the light of the civil Court decree and after issuing of notice to the fourth and fifth respondents and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
