ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to survey and measure his lease hold property bearing Survey No.23/1, situated at Keela Thondi Vinayagar Pettai, Thiruvidaimaruthur, Thanjavur District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the survey officials 2/4

are intending to conduct survey on 21.09.2023, for which, they are also intending to issue notice to the parties concerned by today itself.
