ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No. 45/2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is also made ready, however, since stay has been granted by this Court, it is kept pending without being presented before the concerned Court.

Crl.OP.(MD)No.22504 of 2018 3.The learned Senior counsel appearing for the second respondent/defacto complainant would submit that direction shall be given to the first respondent Police to present the final report before the concerned Court, so that the second respondent can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.Since final report is made ready, there shall be a direction to the first respondent Police to present the final report before the concerned Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after completing the formalities, if any to be completed. If the second respondent is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he is at liberty to work out his remedy before appropriate Court. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
