ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the petitioner's land, measuring an extent of 0.11.45 ares, comprised in S.No.181/1A1 at Kannivadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. When the matter has come up for hearing, Mr.C.Baskar, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents are ready to survey the petitioner's land.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, a Mandamus is issued to the respondents to conduct the survey on the petitioner's 2/5

land. The petitioner shall submit all the relevant records to show his title to the property and the respondents shall, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and interested parties, hold an enquiry and thereafter proceed to pass orders either surveying the property or rejecting the request. In the case of a rejection, a speaking order shall be passed. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
