J U D G M E N T

The present appeal has been filed by the appellant, as against the judgment made in GWOP No.30 of 2015, on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli, seeking custody of his minor daughter 1/4

V.Pragatheeswari, aged about 7 years 4 months at the relevant point of time. After hearing both the parties, the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli, had rejected the said application and has permitted the appellant/father to have Visitation Rights of the child, in the school premises and also directed the father to pay the school fees and other stationary expenses towards the education of his minor daughter. Challenging the same, the present appeal has been filed by the appellant/father.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, there is no instruction from his client.

3. Considering the fact that the minor daughter is under the custody of her mother for more than 10 years and also considering the fact that she is a girl child, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
