ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2019 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, EOW, Trichy.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner already filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14228 of 2019 to quash FIR in Crime No.2 of 2019 before this Court and the same was dismissed on 14.10.2019. Again, for the same prayer to quash the very same FIR, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. When it was already challenged under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the present writ petition nothing but clear abuse of process of law. Therefore, this writ petition is misconceived and dismissed with the cost of Rs.5,000/-. The petitioner is directed to pay the said amount to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
