Karuppan, 3) Alagammal, 4) Karthi, 5) Palaniyammal regarding the property is situated in S. No.127/5B at Sirankattupatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District and consider the petitioner's representation 02.08.2023.

The petitioner, with a grievance that his request for necessary corrections in the patta has not been considered by the respondents has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents on instructions submits that the respondents are conducting an enquiry and they have received certain informations with regard to the decree granted in favour of one Meiyathal and after examination of the said Meiyathal, necessary orders can be passed.

3.This Court considered the rival submissions made. 4.The petitioner claims that the subject land belongs to the petitioner's mother, namely, Meenakshi. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, a decree has been obtained by one Meiyathal and after conducting an enquiry, they can take a decision.

5.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the enquiry and pass necessary orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
