JUDGMENT
(Judgement of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) We do not find this appeal could be entertained. The learned Single Judge has, in fact, recorded an arrangement reached by the parties and has disposed of the writ petition. It is now claimed that the counsel who have appeared for the appellant / writ petitioner was not authorised to enter into such arrangement. We do not think we can go into the said question in this appeal. Hence, leaving it open to the appellant / writ petitioner to move the learned Single Judge by way of review or otherwise, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (R.S.M, J.) (L.V.G, J.) 04.10.2024 Index : No : No bala Page No.2 of 4
