ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a B.T.Assistant Teacher appointed in the third respondent School seeking a mandamus to approve her appointment by the first respondent herein.

2.According to the petitioner, she was appointed on 25.10.2018 after obtaining prior permission from the first respondent by an order dated 12.09.2017. The proposal for her approval was sent by the management on 09.01.2019. For the past four years, the said proposal is pending with the first respondent herein.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been appointed after getting prior approval from the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to approve the appointment of the writ petitioner with effect from 01.11.2018 with all attendant benefits and pass orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
