ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner to the Armed Reserve Police, as per Rule 14-B of the Tamil Nadu Police Subordinate Service Rules, by considering his representation dated 27.09.2019. 2.Mr.C.M.Marichellaiah Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Though various averments have been made in the writ petition, after elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.09.2019, the petitioner would be satisfied. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without deciding the issue on merits in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.09.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
