ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner approached this Court pursuant to the Communications of respondent Nos.2 and 3, dated 06.02.2016 and 06.03.2016. It appears, despite the same, no fruitful action has been taken.

2.In such view of the matter, we call upon respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conclude the eviction process after due notice to the parties concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
