Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned letter issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.9630/R/2016 dated 10.08.2016 and the marriage registration certificate Sl.No.479/2014 dated 28.03.2014 on the file of the third respondent herein and to quash the said proceedings and consequently directing the third respondent to remove the registration of marriage dated 28.03.2014 in marriage registration certificate Sl.No.479/2014.
