This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 17.09.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 17.09.2019, the second respondent conducted enquiry and advised the petitioner as well as the counter party to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
