(*)"This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6614 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suffered from Jaundice and was in treatment at his house for a long time, so he could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6614 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
