This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the proceedings initiated by the Executive Magistrate and Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District in M.C/504/2018 (110 Cr.P.C) dated 15.11.2018.

2.Now due to efflux of time, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
