of Negotiable Instruments Act and the same is still pending without any progress. Therefore, he sought for a direction to expedite the trial. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.1670 of 2022 and dispose of the same as quickly as possible not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after the completion of examination of the accused.
