The petitioners have approached this Court that the respondent police are harassing them under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents 1& 2 and submits that they have summoned the petitioners for an enquiry in Crime No.11 of 2025 and in fact, they have not harassed the petitioners. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners unnecessarily.
