Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in No.16233/Tha.Ku.2/2022, dated 23.09.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to grant emergency Leave/Parole/ordinary Leave to petitioner's husband namely Ibrahimsha, S/o.Mohammed Hanifa, convict prisoner (C.P.) No.5830 now confined at Central Prison, Madurai for a period of three weeks by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022 and for other reliefs.
