O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to disburse the leave salary to the petitioner for the employment as teacher for the period from 04.06.2007 to 26.08.2008 with the second respondent Institution.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he is a physically challenged person and he offered to work as Teacher in the second respondent institution from 04.06.2007. When the petitioner was working in the second respondent institution, he got Government employment as Teacher and relieved from the second respondent Institution on 26.08.2008. While the petitioner was working as teacher from 04.06.2007 to 26.08.2008 in the second respondent Institution, he was not given salary by the respondents. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation dated 04.06.2016 to the respondents. Till date no action has been taken. Hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
