This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(b) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8940 of 2022, dated 16.09.2022 on the file of the learned I Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, directing the petitioner to 1/4
report before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m for the period of four months 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3.Considering the reasons stated in this petition and also the submission made by both sides, the condition No.(b) imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 8940 of 2022, dated 16.09.2022 on the file of the learned I Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. In respect of other condition, the order of the learned I Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, shall remain unaltered.
