This criminal original petition had been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 679 of 2020, on the file of the first Respondent Police. 2.Earlier, when the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.679 of 2020, for the offences under Sections 294(B) and 324 IPC and in reply, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the investigation has been completed and Final report laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, but the same was not taken on file.

3.Today i.e., on 21.11.2022, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the final report, which has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, was taken on file and numbered as C.C.No.1256 of 2022 and the next hearing date is 30.12.2022. 2/4
